5. Monki Crista Trousers
6. Topshop Lipstick - Inhibition
7. Topshop Mini Roller Hat

For my Music Monday this week I was inspired by the music on Youtuber Clothes Encounters. I love her style videos and her L.A lifestyle makes me so jealous. Her most recent OOTD (see it here) had this song in the background and I loved it so much I had to check it out! So thanks to Jenn, I have found this song as well as a new great band...and now I'm sharing it with y'all :)
So enjoy!

Hope you like my wish list, what is your favourite item?
Also if you have any music recommendations, I'd love to hear them!!

OOTD - handmade knit

Yesterday was the fourth class of the Buying & Merchandising course at LCF.
Went for a fairly casual layered look, this being crazy England and all [insert boring rant about the ever changing weather in England] you never know what to wear - so I thought I might as well layer up just in case...

Knitted jumper - handmade by my mother!!! Amazing right?!
Blue Silk shirt - originally my father's but given to me :)
...there's a trend here isn't there - taking things from other people!
Super skinny jeans - Primark
Leather jacket (which I'm just holding/sitting on ha...but yeh...) - Topshop
Chelsea boots + bag - H&M
Gold arrow chain + gun metal spike ring - Miss Selfridge

And there's a photo of my class buddy Farah looking lovelyyyy!

Farah's
mum's vintage grey blazer
Topshop white tee
Zara bag
...and...the amaaaazing Zara neon yellow necklace!

Anywayyyyy, that's all for now, thanks for all the comments on my last post and Hi new followers :)
Next week is my final week (boo hoo!) at the LCF course, so it'll be my final outfit - I'll try to make it more interesting haha!

Summer wishing

Topshop why must you do this to me? So many pretty little summer clothes and accessories. I want it to be summer now. I'm sick of sitting by my radiator to stop shivering!
Well...first I need to get skinny and tanned (to look good in Topshop's clothes haha) then I want it to be summer...

Strappy Grunge Midi Dress £25
Spot Strappy Button Sundress £36

Sleeveless Stripe Shirt £30
Cropped Vest £6 (I strangely love this!)

Small Cross Hoop Earrings £4
Nails in Adrenalin £6

Stripe High Waisted Hotpants £32
Swan Print Skirt - £30

Mid Heel Brogues - £65
Stud Gladiator Sandals £50

Obviously and sadly I cannot afford all these pieces. Have to figure out which are the most cost-per-wear worthy and all that jazz!
Sorry for the lack of originality of the post, you know the classic 'here-is-my-Topshop-wishlist' that you get every single day from Bloggers...but I couldn't help it, I just loved these pieces!

I must also mention a big thanks to 2ndhandCinderella for awarding me with the Liebster blog award. I really appreciate it :)

Been a long time...

I'm back in Edinburgh after having such a lovely Christmas time at home (despite having no internet)
So Happy New Year everyone. I surprisingly haven't broken any of my New Years resolutions as of yet (might be because I've made them easier this year e.g. chocolate is still allowed haha).
One of my main resolutions is to blog more. Starting with today.
Thought I'd show you one of my outfits over Christmas:

This is what I wore Boxing Day to brace the crazy crowds at the Stratford Westfield.
My new aaaamazing checked coat of my dreams is from Oasis
Grey shirt - Topshop
Leather panelled trousers - H&M
Chelsea boots - H&M
Bag - H&M
Turquoise ring and long triangle earring - Christmas gifts from Farah (Forever 21)

Here also is one of my new hairstyles...the top knot...this is so wild for me because for the last year the only two hairstyles I wear are: a little bit of right hair clipped back OR a little bit of my hair plaited and clipped to the side. HAHA I really like variation don't I? The top knot seemed to go well with my family, all claiming I should do my hair like this more often, what do you think?

Ahh doesn't Farah look very chic and lovely. I am forever jealous of that snakeprint blouse from Zara. You guys must check out Farah's jewellery, Designs by FaraM. I've seen some of her new pieces for this year and they are expectionally beautiful and I'm not just being biased because she's basically my sister haha! So please keep updated with her line on Facebook: DesignsbyFaraM

...and finally here is a photo of our Christmas tree, it was so pretty.

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and are enjoying 2012!
